Signature Combinations:

Italian Bellini Cake

Golden Butter Cake, "spiked" with peach schnapps, paired with champagne custard and peach curd filling- reminicient of an elegant Italian Bellini Cocktail. Alternately, orange curd and Grand Marnier may be used for a Mimosa Cake.

Banana Split Cake

One layer chocolate cake, one layer vanilla cake filled with banana custard folded with strawberry curd, and complete with fresh strawberry and banana pieces. Our take on an ice cream shop classic!

Bananas Foster
Your choice of either Chocolate or Golden Butter Cake, filled with Vanilla-rum meringue butter cream and caramelized bananas.

Icing Choices:

Swiss Meringue Butter Cream- smooth in texture, rich in flavor. Not as sweet as the House Butter Cream. May be enhanced with liquors, fruit puree and other flavorings.

Wildflour's House Butter Cream- the traditional American icing, made with real butter and powdered sugar. Sweet and creamy.

Rolled Fondant- for achieving a beautiful, porcelain finish. Wildflour uses fondant imported from Switzerland and is the absolute best available in both taste and texture. A layer of butter cream icing is always under the fondant.
