

Wildflour Cake, LLC is a custom cake design business which is owned and operated by Adele Lind-Nichols. Wildflour Cake serves the communities of Northern Colorado including Greeley, Ft. Collins, Loveland, Boulder, and Estes Park among others. Adele enjoys bringing mouth watering sweet treats and artistic expression together in the form of sugar art. She has had the pleasure of taking professional sugar art classes with Nicholas Lodge and Rebecca Sutterby and is an active memeber of the Colorado ICES Organization.
Adele is a graduate of Windsor High School and Colorado State University. She enjoys scrapbooking, team roping, attending football and hockey games, and is an avid snow skier. Adele and her husband Lance, along with their six year old daughter and four year old son, operate a farm and feedlot which has been in Adele's family since 1961. With the help of her brother, Casey, they raise corn, alfalfa and grass hay, and grow dairy heifers. Lance is currently Treasurer of the Colorado Auctioneers Association and they are members of Faith United Church of Christ in Windsor where Adele is acting Secretary of the young women's group, Sisters Of Faith.
